NOIGILER Foundation was founded on a simple, spiritually grounded conviction: joy is not a luxury. We are all God's children — and every family deserves a safe, fun, memorable day, regardless of where they come from or what they're carrying right now.
Out of that conviction came The Beacon of Hope — affordable family fun. It's our flagship summer initiative: inflatable water parks, bounce houses, and family days designed to land first in the neighborhoods that have gone the longest without one.
Family fun has gotten priced out of family budgets. NOIGILER Foundation brings it back to the forefront — running our own events as a nonprofit, charging only what's needed to keep the doors open, and putting the rest back into the neighborhood. We are radically inclusive: every family welcome, every story honored, no questions asked.
The model is simple: a $10 ticket gets a child a full day of slides, bounce houses, food, and games. Sponsors, donors, and in-kind gifts (including donated inflatables) close the gap. Every dollar above operating cost funds outreach, scholarships, and the next free community day.
We are a registered 501(c)(3) public charity headquartered in New Orleans. Our books are open. Our mission is durable. And our weekends are loud, sunny, and full of laughing kids.
We are proud to work in partnership with Breaking Bread Food Pantry and the New Orleans Angels.

Our long-term plan is to bring affordable family events on the road — multiple cities, year-round programming, water-safety education, and youth scholarships. We grow only as fast as we can grow responsibly.

Frances and John Scurlock are recognized as founders of the inflatable industry. They founded Space Walk and invented the Space Pillow, the first children's inflatable. Their family's inventions and creations have impacted more lives than Disney and Universal combined.
